Red and grey penis with bumps all over

So recently my balls started smelling like sweat really bad I mean I’ve always noticed that but most recently they have been red and I got tiny white bumps all over my penis veins no pain or anything but I have been masturbating a lot with my blanket dry looks like they could be inflamed hairs not entirely sure if I have a yeast infection or not I don’t believe it’s heroes but I have a rash all over my back side probably from a detergent allergy from tide it’s been a few weeks but I am allergic to latex so I dunno if that’s what is causing it I also got bumps on my face too in certain spots tiny red bumps like a spider bite but I see no spiders in my apartment

Sounds like you need to see a doctor or a dermatologist to find out what is going on and whether all your symptoms are connected.

I know I got a infection from my teeth messing my buddy up too

I don’t think what I’m dealing with is herpes though because it’s been over a month and it’s still there whatever it is it might be an infection of my hair follicles

It could be many things and if it is infection based you could be looking at it developing into sepsis - and you do not want that happening. You really do need to seek medical help. We are not doctors and cannot diagnose your problem.

You need to wash your balls daily, especially if it's hot.

Your tiny white bumps...are they fordyce spots? Please confirm. If they're fordyce spots, they're normal.

Rash on your butt? I don't know. That can be anything.

Bumps on your face are most likely acne. Don't eat anything that is made from bleached/enriched flour, or anything with sugar (other than fruits), or processed/fast foods, or deep fried foods for 6-12 months.
