I wrote here like 3 weeks ago. for almost 3 months I have been itchy on the foreskin and testicles that come with red bumps on my penis. Itching initially began elsewhere in the body and then reached the genital area and looks like red bumps (only in the area shown on image) . Blood and urine tests showed no STDs. Doctors still don't know what it is, dermatologist and allergist said it is call "pruritus" and its not allergic reaction. It is still unclear what is the reason for itching in the rest of the body and the allergist did not accept try allergy test. i tried several creams and Permethrin creams for scabies suspicion, serveal oils and apple vinegar but seems like it is not the problem. Any other advice? some 1 had it before?

Hi ! I am so sorry to hear about the stuff you are going through . I just wanted to ask why the allergy test was no accepted ? Pruritis is more of a symptom than a cause of what you have . Also have you noticed when or why it flares up ? If any one of the red bumps has healed or blisters up ? Also when did these bumps start appearing and have you had any Infections just prior to the appearance of these ? Have you been given medication for topical application and itching and isn't there any relief ?
I know it's hard for you , not knowing what it might be but I hope you can get a better second opinion from another dermatologist who might know what it is . Please stay strong .
Allergist did not accept try allergy test for the reason "its not an allergy reaction". i'm going to try another doctor soon.
The red bumps has not healed or blisters up. it first start appear 2 month ago and from 2 -3 it spread all over . First i felt itchy on the rest of my body. there was no bumps till now on the rest of my body , but only on penis area. there was not any infections before these.
Doctors only gave me some steroids creams that helps for hours but does not solve the problem or get the bumps out.
The situation literally halted my sex life. I get more itchy at night and lose my sleep. i am trying to stay calm for the reason that i'm out of danger but still its the most annoying experience I have ever had.
Yea I totally understand . A good test/investigation would include finding out what and why the bumps have actually occurred and I feel that since the diagnosis is not known you definitely need a second opinion and some answers . All the best and I hope someone in the forum can help you out and that you meet a better doctor who can rectify this for you.
A good dermatologist could excise one of the lumps on your scrotum and have it examined. That would then, hopefully, lead to a diagnosis and treatment options for all of your lumps.
