Penis Tear infection

Hi About 2 weeks ago I got a tear on my foreskin during sex. Not the first time but this time for some reason it got infected to the point where it had a clear gooey ooze at the site of the tear. Dr said to use Resolve plus 1 and that did nothing. Next was Bactroban That to just made things worse. The infection was spreading. Went to another Dr was told to use Kenacomb ointment it has 2 antibiotics 1 steroid and 1 anti fungal in it. That got rid of the infection. Now I am left with dry red marks that are cracking and very sore and seem to be spreading. Dr said use some Sudocrem Zinc. Got tested for STD's and Swabs for HSV1 and 2 and blood works for all STD's all came back Negative even my wife was tested just to rule out all possibilities. The Head of my penis is sore and if I do have an erection when it goes down its all wrinkly and shiny with some red spots. Don't know is I should keep using the antibiotic cream or just keep using the Zinc. I started to notice that using QV wash made my penis crack because I tend to wash it 3 to 4 times every shower which I think has contributed to the problem. Any thoughts or advice form anyone who may have had anything similar please let me know what I can do.

You are under the care of your doctor. As the treatment is not dealing with all your problems I would have a review with your doctor. Normally the use of antibiotics is for a limited time only.

Thanks for your comment. My Doctor wants me to stop using everything and just put sudocrem on. I did that and it flared up over night. I have been to 3 Doctors so far and they all say something different. I have asked for a referral to see a Dermatologist now.

Went to see the dermatologist and was told it's balantitis. And it will clear up. Told to keep using Kenacomb ointment once a day for a week. Then hydrocortisone 3 times a day. But I still have red spots that flare up after a shower. And it hurts or stings as water hits my penis. The spots fade by the morning then flare up again. It's so strange that this is happening. Called my doctor he says it's part of the healing process. I will keep using the cream and hope it all goes away.
