5 weeks circumcision tear

I had sex with my girlfriend 5 weeks after circumcision and during the process I got a small tear at the top of my penis where one of the stitches used to be. There isn’t any bleeding, but the wound is red and there is a very slight pain...I am worried that I may have opened a wound. Am I correct in thinking that? And should I go to my doctor?

You’re not supposed to have sex for 6 weeks. And after that they say to use a condom for the first few months to protect the wound. I think now you should just wait for it to fully heal but try checking with your doctor as well. I know it sucks im in the same situation as you almost 2 months and I haven’t had sex just masturbation

Yeah I used a condom at first when I was trying it at 4 weeks with my wife but I also used alot of lube and then when I didn't used a condom I used alot of lube
