Penis positioning after ZSR circumcision.

I'm on my 5th day after ZSR Stitchless Circumcision. While looking at some videos on YouTube, I found Dr. VIJAYAN GOVINDA GUPTA, who is expert circumcision surgeon in Delhi NCR. In one of his videos regarding healing after ZSR, he suggested to keep penis in upright position all time to avoid swelling and get faster recovery. My penis measures around 3 Inches when flassid, so I kept it upward and applied micropore tape on it. But everytime I need to pee, I had to remove that tape which was very difficult. I tried tight Jockey underwear but still they are unable to hold penis upright. Is there any other way to keep penis upright while avoiding infection?

Keeping the penis pointing upwards in close fitting briefs is recommended after any form of circumcision to keep it still and to reduce swelling.

Do I need to keep it upwards while sleeping also?

No, since it will not actually be 'up' but on its side.

Bro circumcision was not required at all

But since u have done it, try to avoid erection and infection.

No hard rule to keep it up. Take rest few days till swelling goes away.

I had tight foreskin and short frenulum. It was very painful while having erection. So I had to undergo circumcision.

Me too had surgery by him also. There is no other way. You have to do it as what instructions given to you.

This is not correct treatment, and that too is costing you like 30k INR or $400. It only fulfill practitioners pocket.
