Extra tight foreskin after red bump infection.

Hey Im new here and I been having issues for about three weeks. I'm a 33 yr old uncircumcised male. Three weeks ago I notice a pack of red bumps around the head of my penis. Read some stuff on the internet so I did what the internet said which was to wash everyday amd pat dry after urinating. I also use neosporin on the infected area (I know, weird but it did the trick.) Within a week everything was back to normal but days later I notice to the foreskin was tight, I mean really tight to the point of it being painful to pull back from the head of the penis. The foreskin is sore and raw, it also has some small sores on it that keep reopening everytime I pull the foreskin away from the penis head. The same remedy that I tried with the penis head isn't working with the foreskin and I looks like its getting worse. It hurt to use to restroom and don't get me started on how bad it hurts when its erect. How do you deal with this? I don't have the time or resources to get circumcised, hell my job won't give me three days off to get a tooth pulled. Another thing, before someone comments that I have herpes the last time I got laid was mid May last std test I got was early July and it came back clean. Any information is greatlt greatly appropriated.

Hi Man, try some antifungal cream first hopefully that will work. try not to cause any damage to your foreskin by pulling it back until it has healed. If it doesn't help you would need to go to your doctor.

This probably all started from using deodorant soap or not fully rinsing off any other soap. This caused like an allergic reaction.

Like Bucky85 said, the neosporin probably started a yeast infection.

Don't do the stretching like NOWHARD said untill the infection clears up. At which time, you may not even need them.

See a doctor right away if it doesn't clear in a couple of days.

When it clears up, massage in your choice of oil for a few days. The list of oils you can use is almost endless (baby oil, coconut oil, aloa vera, etc. etc.).

I know not to stretch, it hurts like hell to pull back when I have to urinate, let alone do adult male things. I think its getting worse though bc know it hurts when I walk now. The baby oul helps alot but it still hurts and it looks like the scabs are getting bigger. Going to have to swallow my pride and go see a doc but 1st I'm going to try that antifungal cream.

Don't leave it too long man it will only get worse you can try the fungal cream first and see. but don't worry about going to the doctor it's their job they see penises everyday nothing to be embarrassed about.
