Hi , I has severe phimosis and my glans never had any kind of exposure or touch until after I got circumcised. My penis head was very sensitive but now that it has settled a bit, I’m not sure how to start masterbating to get used to the new.

I'm not circumcised but if I had it done I would imagine this would be a really fun experimental stage - try different lubes, techniques, grips, maybe even pick up a masturbation sleeve/toy ... have fun with it! Not everyone gets to experience being both uncut and cut.

I wondered that as well. Lube is def necessary. It would be nice though to know of some masturbation techniques from those that are further along.

I disagree, there are a number of ways or variations that don’t require lube

With or without lube, make a light fist around your shaft behind the glans and run it back and forth across the glans rim and glans. Tighten or loosen your grip as you prefer whilst doing it.

Ejaculation will take longer after circumcision, but the orgasm will generally be much more pleasurable.
