So, at the age of 24, I had a circumcision operation in April and now 2 months in, I’m healed, still a little tender and red around the incision line but I’ve noticed when erect everything is tight and looks insane! However, when flaccid, there is still a little bit of skin bunching behind the head of the penis, is this normal or is it still slightly swollen skin or is it normal to have that amount of skin for when I get erect?
Also when I come to masturbate, I’m unable to get erect or last to even cum, is this normal or am I just over thinking everything which is giving me performance anxiety?

I had ED issues for a little while. After any op you need some period of rehabilitation and same way you might have weak knees after breaking a leg, you’re gonna take a little while to get back to normal in terms of performance. Try to forget about the “end goal” and just enjoy the sensations 😊
Also, the bunching, I seem to have that too a little. It looks less and less obscure everyday so it could definitely still be swelling - I had a kind of swelling around the stitch line for a long time… still there a bit I think and I’m about 5 months in now
Hey there, I definitely was all up in my head about erections for the first few weeks - it all came back in time and now at 4 months healed it's all I can do to stop him being rigid. As for skin bunching, I still get this, my shaft skin sometimes rolling over my scar if I'm on a plane or driving for too long. Can be a bit sore, but it's getting used to it. Hang tight, you got this.
Agree with the other guys, masturbation is completely different after losing your foreskin and takes some time to get used to. Make sure you're using plenty of lube, a mistake I made early on. Bunching can happen when sitting for a long time and everything gets a bit squashed. Better if you're hanging loose. Two months in is not long considering what your penis has been through and things will improve in time
The only time it's been a painful aftermath for me was the one time I didn't use lube and just (as I thought) gently massaged my shaft. I didn't realise I was tugging the scar line... it was swollen and painful like pins and needles for a few days. Since then, lots of lube and no painful aftermath! Phew.
Same here my friend. Like you I didn't think I was being rough but I was desperate for some relief and probably overdid it. I was also red and swollen for days. Lube is now my best friend!
thanks man, appreciate all the advise and support for you lads, makes me feel less conscious of my dick and ensure I give myself enough time to heal as someone had said it’s still early days being only 2 months in.
I had started to wank around 4-5 weeks in and I was a little sore but first I did it with unscented lotion or bio oil to help with the scar appearance which helped, but I now use durex lube - tingle 😏 but sometimes kinda burns depending how rough I’ve been, but may change to a natural lube as it may reduce the burning sensation rather than the tingling sensation.
I do prefer to wear loose boxers as well as jocks to keep everything in place during the first few weeks of healing. Night erections we’re a killer for me, every night I dreaded, but now I’m completely fine with them now.
You're welcome man. We've all been there. Definitely use a natural lube, some of them sting like hell. Don't think anyone's a fan of the night erections but they pass thank goodness. Take care of yourself
Brave man using the tingle lube... maybe go for a water-based plain lube in the early days. Your skin is probably still quite sensitive and healing. I had the same with coconut oil, ended up stopping using it cos of the tingly burning. You got this.
