20 Days post circumcision

Hey everyone hope you weekend is doing well! So as the title says I am now basically 3 weeks post op and things are looking ok. My stitches ante starting to fall off and everything seems to be ok. However, there is one part that I am curious about and if it has happened to anyone else. As you can see in the pic it looks like some sort of pus that has formed at the scar line. I think it might just be my new skin coming in or did anyone else have this and it was an infection? It doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t seem red. Any thoughts?

This is 3 weeks after? Damn, the truth hurts! Maybe I healed fast but this is what I looked like on day 2.

I’m on day 8 and it already looks better than his, I’m still swollen, but there is no scabbing or discharge, my Dr. was very pleased when I saw her yesterday, she told me I’m a few days ahead of the healing process

This looks as if your wound may have come apart at some stage and that the part which has come adrift is now healing.

Do you think it’s something to mention to the doctors or just let it go. It doesn’t hurt or anything.

I would suggest you see the doctor asap.

It might be best to be on the safe side and let your doctor have a look - just in case it is the beginning of an infection.

If you’re concerned it’s always best to have your doctor. Your frenulum area is healing nicely. Looks you will have a nice, neat circumcision.

Yea honestly everything else is fine but that one spot. I’m currently going to see the doctor today about it. Thanks all again for the help.

Everyone who was circumcised as an adult went through the same concerns and worries. Next year at this time you won’t even think about these worries!

I had a similar gap at around the same position although without the pus. It gradually healed from each end, the gap progressively became shorter until it closed completely. No difference in scar line at that place once healed. Hopefully yours will resolve in a similar way.

How long would you say it took to close? Did it cause your healing time to lengthen, also did you wait for it to completely close before you did anything physically, like working out or even masturbation?

It was 12 years ago and I don't recall exactly how long it took to close although I feel it was about a week to ten days. Didn't stop any physical activities in my case.

Looks like an infection . Also looks like a failed stitch which is why it’s opened up. Get it treated and then it will heal better a new stitch might also aid in healing time as wound is close together and not such a big gap to fill .

So I went to doctor and it wasn’t infected. They just told me it will heal

Hey man I have same problem and it's been 4weeks since i circumcise. Just use Savlon or Dettol with salt water to clean you penis and everything will turn out to be good
