9 months after circumcision still hardly feeling sex

So it has been 9 months since my circumcision and I still hardly feel anything during sex. I can only cum in one position, other positions I feel nothing and oral does very little to nothing. Is this normal? If not is there anything I can do?

I'm only 4 weeks in post op, but what I'd suggest for you is to make sure you use plenty of lube during intercourse, as obviously the situation is much dryer down there now that its exposed all the time.

Hmm, I don't know what else can boost your sensitivity, but listen, think with your head and not with the junior. You get aroused and climax because of the chemicals your brain releases. The friction and all that plays a role as well obviously, but for real my guy. Think with ze brain and you should be fine.

Emotions play the biggest factor! Bear that in mind.

Lube, you think so? It seems i feel even less with Lube because she isn't tight at all. We nearly always use Lube but the rare occasions i do feel it seems to be because we haven't used Lube and we have just started. And yeah i get the mental part and it is 100% true but damn idk if i can trick my mind THAT much

in that case, I'd suggest to maybe begin giving each other a break for a day or two. As females contract if a certain period of time has been given. Plus, you will be much more in a mood to go for it and achieving an erection and a climax will be kinda inevitable haha.

Do you mind if I ask how long it took you to feel completely recovered after the surgery?

We already have sex very rarely man. Like once a month so we are always really in the mood. Yeah sure idk i mean i still kind of don't feel normal not to alarm you but pain and so on? 6 weeks around till i was fully recovered

Whatever sensitivity you lose it s generally lost for good. I would suggest that you consult a healthcare professional. While the brain can sometimes overcome physical issues it can remake the effect of circumcision on the glans. This, to some degree, is a common side effect of the surgery.

I really do not think that you can tackle this on your own. Help is out there.

I had no sensitivity to begin with. I had Phimosis so this is an impovement compared to before the op

I doubt that, there could be many reasons it is the way it is without resorting to that. It has a sort of bruised layer. I personally think it could be down to masturbating, i also masturbate without Lube which probably does not help

I had Phimosis but being honest what you are saying and some other guys are saying i can't really accept. It really isn't what i need to hear right now and will do damage to my mental health. I am seeing a doctor soon and i am confident that they can help me

I'm living with nerve damage post frenuloplasty for nearly 2 years, and sometimes I too feel nothing during sex or masterbation. I also live with an intense burning sensation in the scar on my glans. I frequently fail to orgasm or ejaculate as a result. I found the more anxious about it I get, the worse it is. I've seen a psychosexual counselor (NHS) who has taught me various relaxation techniques, counselled me and set me some interesting "homework". It sounds corny but it has helped - especially mentally. I've managed to make the steps from being very angry and depressed (especially as I'm in constant debilitating pain), to looking forward to making the most of what I have left and accepting disappointment when it strikes. Please let me encourage you that there is help out there. The one thing I've learnt from my ordeal is to swallow my embarrassment, and put myself where the "professional" help is, and not to be afraid to challenge it when I think it falls short by letting my expectations be known.

If you have no luck at the doctor's check out the charity 15 square. It's a charity dedicated to helping out circumcised men with any issues they encounter, especially when they have no luck at their local doctors' surgeries. "Sensitivity" is one of their lead title articles. They recommended a product called manhood. I don't no anyone who has used one but it may be helpful to you.

I would suggest foreskin restoration even though I would call it covering the glans, Strachan the existing shaft skin can eventually cover the glans to recover some sensation even though it may never be the same as you originally had. I personally don't know what it is to have a foreskin since I was circumcised as a baby, and didn't know any better, but after years I became desensitized and did not feel anything having sex or masturbating so I decided to restore to gain sensation and has become better, also I suggest to use either bio oil or aspire alpha armor to regain sensation on your glans, I wish you the best
