Pain/ not feeling during sex three months after circumcision

It has been three months since my circumcision.

I masturbate without using lube or anything so do not know if that is related, but the edge of the head of my penis is still very sensitive during fellatio, it hurts and I have thus far not had much pleasure, i came once out of the four times i have had one maybe? First couple of times with sex i came but last couple of times i felt nothing. Is this normal or is there something i should be doing ?

Don't think so. It looks a bit bruised still at times though but that May be just the difference in colour

Pain is usually an indicator that you need to back off or go easy. Ask your partner to be a little more gentle for the moment.

The crazy thing is during Sex i feel no pain. Only during fellatio really. I am thinking it May be due to dry humping before but that would not explain why i don't feel any pleasure from sex or fellatio

If you search through these forums you'll find that for a lot of guys initially things don't feel good or like it used to. And it mostly clears up after some months

I'd use lube during masturbation, it protects the head a bit
