I visited an escort in january, i received oral sex unprotected for 10-12 seconds something like that. I tested in May. (Please answer to all my questions) 1). 3 weeks since i finished my cefixime antibiotic treatment can still cause false negative results on std testing? I tested after 3 weeks, and the results were negative. Are the results conclusive? In 3 weeks the antibiotics were gone? 2). The supplements vitamins can affect the std testing? 3) The RPR test is good to detect syphilis? 4). If i touched the plastic bottle very little and gently with my penis head when i urinated for gonorrhea and chlamydhia test, that could influence the test? Can cause a false negative? Also i didnt wash my penis can affect this too to be a false negative? 5). 4 months after contact, the HIV 1/2 antigen p24 test is conclusive?

Mate, it’s very difficult to answer your questions when you haven’t said if/what problem you’re actually having.

Discharge? Smell? Puss? What?

Why did you have antibiotics?

If I had to best guess on your information, I’d say you hopefully have something like thrush or fungus or UTI or something that you’re making way bigger than what it is.

I have spent some of my career in Pathology, nothing you described could cause false negatives.

If you are concerned you could get the gp to repeat the testing. If there’s genuine HIV concerns, ask the gp as I think you need to have 3 blood tests over a year, something like 3 months+ after, 6months and 12 months (unless they’ve improved that testing, the first one after 3 months may be enough now, ask GP).

Clarification on testing capabilities and specifics is a discussion with the GP.

Write down your questions so you don’t get flustered and forget, book in with your GP and ask them. You’re attached to the extreme and rare, put google down, ask good questions to the GP. You’ll get actual answers based on your symptoms and put your mind at ease.

I dont have any symptoms, just a little redness on the penis head, and some tiny, very tiny spots on the penis head(they are seen only at light) . Those are all my symptoms. After masturbation the next day, i had a clear liquid which came from my urethra and i dont know if it was sperm/seminal liquid or discharge. This "discharge" occured only after masturbation.

Follow the advice of DDMP & talk to your doctor. Soon.
