What can help with possible phimosis?

I am a 17 year old and, as far as I can remember, have never been able to completely retract my foreskin over the head of my penis.

From looking at medical diagrams it looks like type 3 phimosis to me and I was wondering if there were any possible ways to remedy this without the embarassing conversation with my parents then possibly a doctor?

I had the same problem at your age. I didn’t want to have the conversation with my parents either, so waited a few years until I left home and then got myself circumcised.

You could try using coconut oil on a daily basis. It not only lubricates but keeps fungal nasties away and is relatively inexpensive.

Try after wanking at night to stretch foreskin then pull back and leave behind bellend through night the erection you get through the night will help stretch it and use bio oil on it in morning to avoid skin issues

Ps don't be ashamed about your dick ever and afraid to speak to parents to many issues caused through not speaking me or even my nephews would show anyone my dick if I needed a opinions or help trust me no one judges you better than leaving it to you meet a lover and jump in bed for the time of yer life then its agony m8 and talk to other mates see if they can advise hope your ok and good luck kid

Use a hose pipe or bath shower and hold it into your foreskin

Definitely would not want to try that one !

Best thing to do is talk with your GP. Nothing to be embarrassed about. They deal with phimosis a lot, especially in places where a lot of men are not circumcised. A circumcision might be in the works for you if the problem can't be resolved.

Not unusual, try stretching foreskin first whilst in bath or shower.

This also helps to keep it clean, though make sure you rinse with plenty of plain water, soap can lead to other problems.

It is not a quick fix and takes some time. If you are not happy with this go see your Doc, they have seen it all before. He may prescribe steroid cream or something.

Use Surgery as a last resort, but unless you really worried or in pain give it time.

Good luck

Just start stretching the opening four times per day, five minutes each time. Grasp each side and pull apart gently.

Bucky85's comment is the best I've ever seen, about this, and it's how mine was cured: "When your penis is erect, gently pull your foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this several times every day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain."
