Stitches bleeding after circumcision

I got a circumcision on tuesday last week and i noticed that the stitches under the penis still bleed. Not alot just enough to see when i change my dressing. Is it normal?

Yes it is normal. A small amount(drops) are normal uptill 2-3 weeks and no cause for concern. Only if it is large amounts or continous bleeds does it need to be staunched and investigated further upon. Don't worry ! All the best !
