Hi lemurcinaa I had my first shower after the 3 rd day I normally shower every day if you can don't let the water it your Willy also if you can turn the pressure down if you can wash him in salt water that helps then dry him off and put vasalene on him I did this routine for 4 week keep safe

You must not allow the initial dressing to get wet. Once you've removed it (how long it is to stay on for will be told to you in the doctor's After-Care Notes) you can shower daily (but best to hold your hand over your penis and allow only a trickly of water, not the full force onto it for a first week or so.).

My dressing was removed on Day 3 post op and I was encouraged to bath from that day onwards. Like what Hidden has said , you might want to turn the pressure to a minimal and trickle the water down in the first few weeks. All the best !

My doctor advised me to start showering on day three and to bath my penis twice a day in a cup, containing a disinfecting solution of Betaisodona (a Povidon-Iod). He objected bathing as being prone to promote infection.
