Tight foreskin when errect

Alright lads

First time in posting here. My penis is just over 8 inches when errect but i can't for the life of me pull my foreskin over the head of my penis. I hd a frenulplasty last year as i tore my frenulum, they also lengthened my frenulum to see if that would help get it across the top but its not worked. I've tried multiple creams and stretching of the foreskin but to no avail. Looki g for some other advice please

Hi Man, sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with retracting your foreskin. It sounds like you have done quite a bit to try and fix your problem, sometimes it just doesn't work no matter what you do, do you have scarring around your foreskin this is most likely your problem now. you should talk with your doctor and probably have a referral to urologist for a circumcision.

Yeah i have a small amount of scarring by my frenulum but nothing major. Ive got an appointment next week. I trued ringing my urologist earlia this week but couldn't get in touch so im guessing the doc will do it.

Ok can you retract when you are flaccid, or only when you are erect your can't. and you've tried all creams.

if you do decide to go for the circumcision my advice is to go to somebody who is very experienced at doing circumcision, look up online and see if there is any good doctors or clinics near you. if you're in the UK Dr Khan is very good.

So i can retract it whilst im flaccid but not when erect. I can pull it so far back but not all the way back to reveal the glands.

Yeah im going to look into having a circumcision, see what they say to me

Yeah best to speak with your doctor I presume you have tried steroid creams, I found them good but they don't always work either. they may prescribe some steroid cream for you and see how it goes before you go down the road of circumcision.

It was similar for me it helped but it didn't stop it and would come back, in my case I had LS I then had the circumcision which was the best thing for me.

It was like this with my brother. He was fine soft but when full hard he couldn’t get the foreskin to pull all the way off his penis head. Looking back it prob could’ve been treated with getting rid of his frenulum but we were teenagers so we didn’t know any better. And my dad has always wanted us circumcised so they just got him clipped. I’m not telling you surgery is the only route, But make sure if you decide to get circumcised that you do your research on the surgeon. My brother’s turned out kinda ugly and now I know that the aesthetic outcome absolutely depends on your surgeon and the method they use

You may like to ask the doctors at 15square 15square.org.uk This is a charity helping men with forskin issues. Their doctors can give advice online. You could probably use a product called phimocure. These are flexible rings used to stretch the opening of the foreskin. If you need surgery then a preputioplasty should solve your problem.

Stop trying to make trouble Cirkdone. 15 Square is a registered UK charity founded by a doctor. Their doctors give advice onl;ine and their literature is medically endorsed.

Yeah i think i would be best with a circumcision. I would have to stay in hospital as i suffer from epilepsy, so my last hospital visit whe. I had an op i had to stay in over night, because the anesthesia can cause seizures
