Do I have to wait until the 6 weeks are out the way?

If you do masturbate soon (and I did after about 2 weeks I think) then be very very gentle. Don’t do anything to irritate the cut. I just masturbated my glans penis very carefully at first.

Update: so I managed to do it. Because of how used to jerking off I was in extreme effort with phimosis, i used to same kind of technique this time, just even more complicated. I managed hard tugs and tbh I really could help myself. No pain, no sore feeling. Pretty easy afterwards. Thanks for the advice anyway guys!

I do and I feel for you, it’s not nice. I didn’t have hypersensitivity and enjoyed a completely painless circumcision. My op was on a Monday and I managed to knock one out on the following Saturday. I somehow managed to hold my glans between thumb and forefinger and wiggle it just enough to do the deed without disturbing the wound or stitches. Once relieved I happily lasted another two or three weeks no problem.
