Lump on penish shaft when erect

Hi folk. I have a questiom if anyone can give me an advice. Im a 26 yr old man, healthy, fit, non smoker/stopped a year ago. So in september while having an intercourse with my gf i noticed a small 0.3cm lump on the top side of the shaft of the penis. Then i forgot about it/didnt notice it untill 2 days ago when i was putting the condom on, when fully erect i felt the thing again. The thing is when my erection starts subsiding it gets less noticeable. When my penis is flacid i cant feel it find it, no chance. So if I would go to a doc i would look like im making things up. It doesnt hurt or grow, nor any other problems with anything. Its just there... any idea what it could be?

Thanks

Hey, see your gp or go to sexual health clinic, explain only noticeable to you when erect, they will examine when flaccid & if they can’t find/feel they can or you can manipulate an erection so they can examine, is it lump or spot? Hard or soft? Can u see it when erect or just feel it?

Brilliant keep us updated bud, not experienced myself but hopefully gp will be able to give you some advice, a mate had similar & it could be moved so not connected to penis itself, let us know how you get on

Its a lump. It feels like a small lymph node not fully hard but not soft. I can only feel it...

Hi man, i have this too, but is a bit bigger than .2 mm, still is like very thin but maybe .5 mm long, but is still very hard to find erected, and i worry the doctor wont find nothing bc is not noticeable when flaccid, has this gone away after a year?, im worried that it might get bigger, i noticed this weeks ago and idk if is me or is been growing but still is not noticeable only when erected it gets hard, has this dissapeared for you? thanks for your time and experience

Hey I think I have pretty much the same problem as you two. It's been over 3 months since your reply,I'm curious if you got any updates on your situation

Hi mates, mine was the same case as you 3 guys. But my lymph can be felt at both flaccid and erect condition. It has been there since long time(years). I also consulted urologist, he said nothing to worry it will go off later. But its been 2 years i consulted, still it is there as it is. No pain or anything at all. If any one with this healed, please help.

Hey. So my situation was that urologist eventually found it even when it was flaccid(the lump is smaller at that time thoug) and he said its probably either a lymph node or a vein or something like that. Its still there after 2 years, and i can notice it but, its the same size as it was. I would go check it out just in case but wouldnt stress myself over it too much since the urologist didnt act to surprised when he felt it... Stay safe and all the best...

I have had the same thing. I went to my urologist and same thing. When I’m hard it’s there but flacid u can’t feel it. I’ve got one on the top of my shaft and one one the side. The only time I can really feel them is if I’m hard. Otherwise it’s hard to notice them. My dr said it was probably calcium build up and try using a penis pump daily to try to get rid of them. And that nature should take care of them eventually. It’s been about a year now and I used the pump off and on and it did help some but recently I’ve noticed that they r back and now I’m starting to get a slight bend in my penis. But chances are it’s probably nothing to worry about but it might not hurt to go to the dr and have them look. Good luck
