Hi, I’m 30, married and father of two. I have a relatively large penis and am sexually active with my wife only. Since about two weeks ago my penis is very long even when flaccid. There is no difference in length between when it is flaccid or erect. Having my penis hang so low due to it’s length is very uncomfortable. There is no pain, I have no issues achieving an erection, after ejaculation my penis looses it’s erection but is just as long.
1. Can this be a medical problem?
2. Any suggestions as to solve the problem?
Thanks in advance

It is something new, I didn't used to be like this, so I am concerned. Also, having my penis so long is uncomfortable, it gets stuck between my legs...
Don't know what kind of underwear you normally wear but as a short term measure I would get some underwear /jockstrap that separates your penis from your legs. Might give you support and make it more comfortable. If this new thing is worrying you, go have a chat with your doctor
For a guess, something has happened to either the tissue elasticity or the valves that control blood flow.
There are sexual medicine doctors; I'd talk to one. If this is all that's going to happen, it seems tolerable (from here). However if it's the first of escalating symptoms, then now is the time to find out.
Reading the reply from MrFireworks made me think. Have you started taking any sports supplements containing l argine or nitric oxide producing foods? These can increase blood flow to the extremities. Just a thought
It does go back to normal. I think for me it stays full length and soft when I am still wanting to have sex and am still partially aroused. When I lose interest completely it goes back to it’s original size .
I'd like to have this problem... Hate how small mine looks at nude beaches and such, but I'm quite long hard. I'd find more comfortable underwear and count yourself lucky.
