About a year ago, I experienced a shooting pain in the right hand side of my penis. This was accompanied with sweating and other discomfort in glands under my armpit and in my stomach.
I had blood tests which all came back clear. I've also been treated for a UTI and two bacterial infections. Each time, antibiotics were prescribed. Any discomfort I felt internally concerning my penis has now gone (i.e. when urinating).
What I've noticed more and more is a change in the skin colour of my penis when I pull my foreskin back. I've also noticed that my foreskin has retracted down the shaft of my penis further. The skin appears almost white in colour although there are blood vessels visible when I get an erection. This white area does not feel pleasurable under stimulation which has made it harder to maintain an erection. In the middle of white area is skin which maintains a red/pink colour. This is the colour that the white area used to be.
I've been applying a penile conditioning cream recently in the hope that it might help the issue. Even though my penis does feel more sensitive, it is not like it used to be.
Has anyone seen anything like this before?
