Has anyone experienced a thrombosed superficial dorsal vein on the penis? How long did it take for it to heal? What was the treatment? Did you have to have surgery performed?
Coming up on my 4th week with this, have been diagnosed from doppler ultrasound scan, have been told to let it be and that it will heal. But reading about this condition it seems that a thromboctemy or stripping of the superficial vein in surgery is standard if the inflammation persists over 6 weeks.
I don't see why this would get better in the remaining 2 weeks.
If anyone perhaps can take a look at some pictures of my situation?
