Coming up to 3 weeks now how am I looking? still a tiny bit of swelling and scabbing, any tips on how to increase healing and so on?

Nice healing. The best advice is to be patient, I know that it looks a little scary, but in a few months your wait will have been worth it. If your wound is already 100% healed you can start applying bio oil to soften the scar

It depends on each person, but the "general" recommendation is to wait 6 to 8 weeks before masturbating or having sex. When you do it it has to be carefully, and when your wound is 100% healed

Did you choose the style of your circumcision? It looks like lower cut, but it’s hard to tell for sure because I’m not sure how far back you can pull your shaft skin back, but don’t rush it. When it’s ready, then do it

Hey all looks good from this photo. the best thing for healing will be patience and some time. you still have some swelling this will gradually go you could use some bio oil to massage the area this will help reduce the swelling.

Phimosis, it got really bad everytime I had sex it would cut and I had scarring all around it, I didnt do anything about it for ages because it's one of them things you dony want to admit but I did it and I'm happy I did now, I'm not overly noligable on circumcision what does a low and tight cut mean, is it better like that?

I think phimosis is the number one cause for having it done I left it for ages as well when it gets bad enough off it's the only option really you could have had some lichen sclerosus with the scarring that's what I had a low-cut means this scar is close to your glans and tight means you don't have much movement in the remaining foreskin and your glans will be exposed all the time.
