Hi all, I have been recently circumcised and I was was wondering what is he best way to wash it? I tried have a shower on low heat but it was very uncomfortable I'm assuming this is due to the hypersensitivity. Is there a more comfortable way to keep clean or will I just have to deal with it and wait for the hypersensitivity to calm down?
Also there is a lot of swelling around the stitches, is there a way I can speed up how quick the swelling heals?

You can try to bath your willy on a bowl of boiled water and half teaspoon of table salt twice a day 5-10 min. Wait until the temperature are cooled down 37-40 °C.
At a shower you can let water flow slowly along your shaft skin. There is no need for shower soap, now.
Avoid sitting in a bath until the wound has sealed to avoid contamination/infection from bacteria elsewhere on body. Keep your unit propped upwards as much as possible to let gravity drain any swelling caused by fluid build up.
i got a cup and would rinse him with warm water every morning and using wet cotton buds to clean it until the sensitivity went down enough for a shower
