Day 20 post circ - is this swelling or excess skin?

Healing going well but looks very different on left side to right. A lot of skin on left side/underneath.

I’ve included photos of the left and right, as well as underneath which really highlights the difference. Is this natural swelling that will go down or is this how it is setting?

Thoughts and advice welcome, and anything I can do to bring it down.

Any help with this appreciated. Should I be applying bio oil yet?

Hi, definitely yes start using bio oil you are healed enough now to start it I think it is just swelling it is still very early days for you hopefully it will reduce in time. if you massage the area every day hopefully it will slowly go down like on the other side.
