Hey, check the only one post in my profile. There are very useful comments about your concern. I was in similar situation, maybe a little bit better than you, but still swollen.

Thanks bro. I’ve been doing the right wraps in bio oil and to be honest haven’t noticed a difference. Have you?

What definitely helped me is the steroid cream called Dermovate. I already use it 3 weeks and I see improvement. I apply it twice a day (mornings and evenings) with massaging the area for 10-15mins. Of course I am not completely recovered and I will continue using it, but I feel better and my scar loosened up a little, which is the most important.

Two days ago I started using the bio-oil, so I still cannot share impression from it. I apply it once a day - in the noon/afternoon again with massaging the place.

Last, but not least - I wrap the place with roller bandage during the day when I am working in front of my computer at home. I put my penis facing upwards in my boxers. You can use briefs if you have, they are tighter. I just use tight boxers, because I don't have breifs.

I believe all these methods (3 massages per day with steroid creme and bio-oil and wrapping the area) will eventually give results by me. You can try some steroid creme too, but pay attention that they are for short use. You can search in Google and get familiar with them.

In general - we all heal different, so the best is if you have the possibility to visit your urologist/surgeon. Our opinions here in the forum are not professional. :)

What did your doctor say

He said it’s normal for scarring in adults. Said the edema is normal to be still swollen also. He mentioned it should go down in about 3 months .

Have you tried using any Silicone based scar reducer? Dermatrix/Contratubex/ Silicone sheets? I heard it does have a significant effect on scars like that. How is the situation now? is it better now?
