Is this bad or okay? Day 3

This is how it looks now, it is really swollen on one side as you can see and it is really red under the penis ”string”. It bleeds when im using underwear and it is swollen a bit on the top where i had my incision. Do i just wash myself with warmwater and let the water run over it normally and then let it dry by Itself? It is stigning a little bit even with no clothes on.

It looks better than my day 3. Mine was red/blue/purple like a rainbow. But if you let water run over it, make sure to dry it. If you feel uncomfortable patting it dry, you can use a hair dryer. I use hairdryer with cold air to dry it

I did, and then i used vaseline with some cotton pads and left them on so it doesnt get in contact with my underwear, is that bad or good?

I haven’t really been using vaseline since the beginning. The first two days I wear quite tight boxer shorts, finding it uncomfortable. So starting day 3 I wore really loose boxer shorts during the day so it can air, also you can minimise the contact with your underwear. Having it closed and covered can make it a bit humid and having vaseline around can make it a bit worse (wet), because your wound needs some airing to dry. During night I just found sleeping without underwear more comfortable. Also, I can let it air by doing that. I had problems with the contact caused by night erections so I just decided to not wear underwear anymore.

So should i just rest naked and remove the vaseline then?

Yes, besides shower / cleaning it.. I try to keep it as aired and dry as possible. And not having underwear on made my sleep better. However I set alarm every 2 hours to pee to reduce erections

Did you get any post-op instructions from your surgeon?

No I did not, that is why I will try to get in contact with them as soon as possible on Monday
