Hi

I'm 3 weeks post op and I still have stitches left, does it look like my shaft skin will still have some room for movement or does it look like it will be tight and attached?

The skin on the front directly underneath the glans is able to slide down a bit

Looks tight like mine. Fear not. It has its benefits!

Better but still some pain and uncomfortable feelings at the moment.

Hi Man, it's still very early stages for you man the stitches probably could be removed now it will feel tight for a long time but eventually your scar will soften use some bio oil on the scar. it does look like you have a low and tight cut.

Thank you, when flaccid I can pull the shaft skin up to cover some of the glans so I'm unsure.

Is your tip also swollen?

Exel-96 profile image

Not really, it's gone down quite a lot, my swelling is all in the shaft underneath the tip area

Did the doctor say how much longer for swelling to go away!

My doctor said anywhere from 2-6 months is average

Good to know. My doctor said 3 weeks and it’s been 2 months. I figured 3 weeks is for cut to be closed

I'm on day 24 now and my cut isn't fully closed yet. I think the swelling will definitely take a while

Do you have general discomfort/pain? Like is it hard to walk

Exel-96 profile image
Exel-96 in reply toJohn12123

It's a bit hard to walk but not as bad as it was at first. Sometimes I get sudden pains when doing nothing though

Did that doctor say that’s normal? These are questions I wished I asked him

Yeah they said so far it seems to be alright but they won't know for sure how things will be till around 2 months time. You should book an appointment with your doctor just to get a professional opinion though

My circumcision was way to tight and it hurt every time I had an erection. Luckily I have been restoring and all those problems went away. You can always restore.

The pain has gone now there's just a bit of scar tissue left under the shaft skin (small hard lump)

That’s good to hear.
