For about a year now I’ve had a dry skin on he glan of my Penis it’s very worrying as all the anti fumble cream does not work I have used Vasoline yet no improvement it is red and quite different from normal skin on the head of the penis. The skin had peeled off beforehand leaving really dry shiny skin underneath it’s is about the size of my finer nail on the right side and also a round the rim at the base. Any ideas on what to do

Dry peeling skin on penis glan, looks like thin skin and has no skin texture went erect
You might be having an underlying skin condition . Best to get it diagnosed and get the appropriate treatment. Also whatever you may have seems to be irritating and since its causing peeling best to get a diagnosis sooner for faster resolution. Take care !
Have you been checked for diabetes?
Made another account cause last one wasn’t working, but no I haven’t been seen for diabetes yet I do work out and don’t eat to much sugar, along with also being on the skinny side of things, I’ve been to a doctor as I said but the cream they gave has not worked, I didn’t have a blood test last year but for something but wouldn’t it of shown then if that was the case?
All very odd. Are you circumcised? Is the glans drying out too much - or getting traumatised in your underwear ?
I’m not circumcised however I don’t have much for skin anyway as it only covers about half, I do admit to masturbating almost once a day with no lube, do you think there is a chance that the skin will heal and return to normal texture and colour
I've a similar condition as you about 3 weeks. It flakes alot in the morning in the Aircon room. Now it's flakes alot lesser but it's skin texture is shiny and abit wrinkle. Have you had the problem solve or diagnose? I went to see the doctor was only given anti fungal cream.
presuming you are intact, either entirely or in part, this sounds like a simple case of smegma, which is entirely normal. you may need to wipe your penis when washing it, which, ideally, you will do every day in the shower. smegma is entirely normal and is produced by females, also. semen residue can also contribute to such appearance. a thrush like bacteria may also be responsible, which is easily treated with a fungal cream.
