How to get rid of these bumps it's been 3 months after my operation

For three months it looks very good.

From what it looks to me, those bumps look to be veins, so don't worry.

The veins under the foreskin are very large and kind of zig zaggy.

Since the inner foreskin is much thinner than the outer the vein looks more prominent.

You can see how the vein attaches to the one that can be seen in the outer foreskin above it.
