Been having this kinda thing often, they come and go every other week or so.
Usually painful and most commonly after sex, my foreskin seems to get inflamed and it is uncomfortable, a lot of the symptoms remind me of balantitis.

Hi We cannot diagnose your problem here. I would suggest that you visit your doctor or a sexual health clinic to have a full examination and diagnosis. Hopefully, with proper treatment, your problem will be no more.

There is n guarantee that what other guys may have had is exactly what you have. The Doctor’s office is where you need to be for a proper diagnosis and not a guess.

I have to be aware of what might be done with an answer and remind people that it is not a diagnosis and any comments are not an alternative to seeing a doctor. Part of my job, I’m afraid. I have not stopped anyone giving a view.

Call your GP mate are they white patches on your foreskin, is your foreskin also becoming tight?
Hi ridgerunner_420 I a have in your shoes and take this advice you do not want to go through what I did go see the doc asap better to sort it early with professionals don't worry about going they see it every day its the normal to them take care and good luck
