Off hand I would say yes.

If you had any swelling on the back of your penis the urethra could have been blocked.

This makes passing urine more difficult and increases your risk of a UTI or urinary tract infection. This risk is increased if you had your frenulum removed. The urethra has very little protection on the back side of the penis. So thank your doctor for his/her concern.

Thanks bro. I went in and asked her she said it was a mistake another Dr had a patient with my first and last name as well. So it was a mix up...lol smh
