Red spots on balls

What the heck are these - anyone else have these. Hope these are common - anything on my junk causes concern. All comments/ideas are appreciated. (These are not freckles/moles).

It may be an STD, but it could be moles. It depends how long they have been their? Possibly HPV or musculum contagiosum. Maybe possibly an allergic reaction. Are they painful?

Definitely not freckles or moles, because they don't look like the other ones. These are actually red too, the pic isn't great. I don't know how long, I just noticed them. Not painful.

See a doctor and get a full panel std test and a visual inspection of the growths.

Yea I think that's it. They're almost like blood spots. Thanks for the help, I think you answered this.

Happy to have helped. I get those too and have made the mistake of trying to squeeze them. They do pop but bleed profusely. Not a wise move!!

Oh man, sounds bad. But do they go away after you "pop" them?

I have the same, purple ones & red ones far more than you have mate, many docs have examined per the years due to other medical issues and explained no problem 👍🏽

No. They keep appearing but they are small and really cause no problems.
