I had unprotected sex last December 14, 2019 (I’m a Top; bisexual), and on December 16, I had a friend gave a blowjob to me. When I went home to take a bath, I noticed that there are some pink spots in my penis. I went to the doctor on December 17 and she thinks that it might be Balanitis Circinata. Today is December 19, and I still see no results. I had labial heroes a week before, around December 14, and an infection in my third molars.

Pink spots or Balanitis?

Just some additional info, the doctor recommended me to apply some canesten or anti fungal cream. I apply it 3 times a day for every 8 hours.
My initial thought was that it might be fungal based on my own past experience. Fungus thrives in warm, moist conditions so it follows that if you keep the affected area exposed it should clear up. When I had such problems, keeping my foreskin retracted was more effective for me than Canestan or Daktarin which often made it worse and at best felt messy. Best see how it goes, good luck.
I’m circumsized. I clean my penis with Sanex shower gel and lukewarm to room temp water.
Oh, well that probably rules out fungal problems then unless there’s folds of skin. Wouldn’t bother with the Canestan but that’s a personal opinion.
Herpes?
There are some folds near the corona part of the penis. But again, I'm circumsized.
If UK pop down your local sexual health clinic mate
It is labial herpes and I never had genital herpes. The doctor made it clear that it is not genital herpes.
Additional Info: It doesn’t itch, it doesn’t have a pus or any white stuff.
I wouldn’t stress or get too paranoid mate
Oh ok sorry. It’s just my first time to have something on my penis.
Sorry not needed mate, I understand
Let us know how you get on though mate, no sexual health clinic in Spain?
I recently just moved to Spain. I’m from the Philippines and I was completely healthy. Here in Rural Spain they have a health centers or “centro de salud”. I asked if there are any sexual health clinic and they said there are none... only hospitals and health centers. But, upon checking the internet, there are some in Madrid.
Ah so if you can get to Madrid that’ll put your mind at rest
This does not look like any STD, worst case it is Balanitis. I have had a similar and recurrent problem almost every time after sexual relation, and it got worse this year after I got an infeccion over there. Then the doctor recommended me a circumcison, which I did and fully regret lol
But test yourself regularly. There's nothing better than that and it costs nothing.
He’s already circumcised so unlikely I’d have thought.
Unlikely but not impossible. Circumcised men can get balanitis.
Update: I just had my blood taken to ight for testing. They are unsure what the spots are. But they gave me some doxycycline antibiotics. I don’t have any swelling lymph nodes.
I’m feeling a little tired and a little feverish but maybe because I don’t use an umbrella and it has been raining here in Spain. Also, I just had some drinking night with my mates.
Also, there is now a spot just under the hole of my penis. When the doctor took a swab, i felt a stinging sensation. Maybe because it has alcohol but I'm not sure. Since that swab, I can feel the stinging sensation repeatedly. Also, there some blocking pressure whenever I pee but it doesn't hurt. There are still no signs of discharge or whatsoever.
I'm sorry if I have a lot of questions, i'm just stressed with this and the language barrier in the hospitals are making it harder to explain in details.
Is it sore ?
Nope, it is not sore. It looks like eczema type but it is not that itchy. Sometimes i'm not sure if it itches because it is itchy or because of pubic hair.
Update: I started taking docycyline. Is this a side effect or is this because of an std? I now have a red spot on the tip of my tongue.
