Hi, the slight inflammation or redness could be from a mild case of balanitis or some sensitivity to some soaps or shower gels that you are using make sure to wash off completely after you use them.. your foreskin seems to be quite tight as well which would make it more difficult for cleaning.
Hi thanks for the reply i have phimosis but its alot better now when i am unerected i can fully retract my foreskin
Interesting because parts of my synechia are still fused to the glans. I don’t think they ever separated it or maybe it fused back to the head of penis? Also it seems that they attempted to break it, but in some places it was torn below the synechia. My dad told me that they just pulled the foreskin forward and that was all that was done. Could this be why the synechia mostly still fused to my glans? What do you think?
You can see the Synechia in this post. Notice the union line. The mohel did not peel it back except in one small place, but they removed the majority of my shaft skin at my original circumcision.

I am curious, what made you think that I was uncircumcised? I think you are talking about my original circumcision, that they didn’t remove the mucosal layer??? They removed shaft skin instead of the mucosal layer because they never peeled back the inner lining of the foreskin from the glans. Please let me know your thoughts. I appreciate your knowledge.
One thing I wanted to say is that my initial circumcision caused tight painful erections. I expanded the tissue for 6 months using my own hands. I am so unclear why you thought I was uncircumcised???
I don’t care, I just want your honest thoughts.
