Red spot on scrotum

Hi all.

Anyone have an idea what these are? I'm married and we haven't had sex recently.

I haven't shaved for at least a week. I don't know if they might be from my last shave or dry spots?

They look like infected hair follicles - you can see the hair coming out of one of them.

I had same on balls and pubic bone, pulled hairs out with tweezers n fine within a day

I have also tried this with success. You will find that the hair root is much enlarged on infected hairs removed.

I had the same issue that occurred about three days after shaving. I pulled the hair out and the bumps went away. I was always told to make sure you exfoliate.
