Hi all, just thought I would give a little update as we are all in the same boat.
So today I had my 6 week review with the surgeon and I am pleased to say that unless I need him, he doesn't need to see me again. He said all has healed well, and I have the green light to have fun! He did tell me to take it easy and use plenty of lube and make sure to wear condoms for a few times when having intercourse.
Also, to continue the routine of bathing in salt and water for a couple more weeks. The red bumps (looks a bit like blood blisters) left along the scar line on the top of the penis should disappear in the next couple of months.
So all in all, things are positive! I am really nervous about giving it a go down though!
Anyhow, anyone who is going through the same thing and wants to ask me questions, feel free to do so.

That’s great to hear! Definitely be careful when you first try anything, that was my mistake! My doctor didn’t warn me to take it carefully and ended up just as swollen and bruised as it was straight after the op!
Hey man!! Glad to hear that everything’s okay!! I’m, literally in the same situation ahah Beginning week 6 and my doc said the same thing as yours, even tho I’m a little scared to even masturbate and do something bad
Can you give us update for when first have intercourse I think that’ll be very helpful as I’m almost coming up to 6 weeks and terrified to have sex after 6 weeks in case of pain
So... an update...Well intercourse hasn't happened yet, but masturbation has. Lube was used and took it gently, but now the right side of the incision line is swollen a bit and there is a bit of a sticky discharge! Guess I need to wait a few more days before trying again!
Not going through the exact same thing at the moment, day 9 after circumcision and 3 stitches popped while a hole thats not too deep showed up under the frenulum, how should I go about with this, im going back for a check up on febuary 2
I had one stitch came away early and I checked it out with the Doctor. He said he wasn't overly concerned. That part of the incision has just taken longer to heal than the rest. If you are worried contact your Doctor about it.
