Heeeey people, been ages since I came and spoke about this.

So I got snipprd June 2018 and it took ages to heal ngl, the trauma and healing was a journey in itself, if you have any questions about my joruney, let me know and I'll do a separate post.

I have come to the point where I can't feel anytbing, I can get erect easily, no problem there, always hard tbh, when I masturbate, I can cum easily, I cum by rubbing my shaft up and down, like holding my skin and tugging at it as opposed to running my hand loosely up and down my shaft, idk which one is normal tbh

however when it comes to sexual intercourse, I don't feel a thing, I can't cum unless I masturbate, my partner can't keep me up whether orally, through intercourse or with her hands, I'm wondering if anyone else has that problem and if anyone can offer some advice please?

I've been using Man1 Oil cream day and night just a few days ago, hoping that works.

Many thanks in advance

Same. No idea what to do. I think some people are less sensitive on the glans and when removing the foreskin most of our sensitivity disappears.

how is it going for you post op?

You probably cant feel anything because most of your outer skin is intact rather than your inner skin so you dont really feel nothing bc they removed most of your inner skin

Yeah. I have a low cut and I can't feel anything. I asked my doctor about it and he literally never heard of different styles or that it should make a difference. What do they learn at medical school?

Right. Im getting a circumcision next week and a little nervous about how the results will be. I was going to tell them i want a high and tight. i really dont want any skin left and I want to keep as much inner skin.

The only thing they get taught in med school is to cut it off and throw it away.

You might want to try regrowing your foreskin. It's what I had to do, and the sensitivity has come back. Life is a whole lot better. You might also want to get a cover to help. ManHood - Canada is what I use. They're not that expensive. Get the original one, because it stretches more than the new ones, and will stay on better.

Sorry to hear about your problems. It may be that there is some emotional component to your inability to retain an erection and cum other than by masturbation. Your experience is interesting as circumcision is often portrayed on this forum as being the answer to every man’s problems. It clearly is not and the operation is not without risk - as with all surgery. Have you raised the issue with your doc?

Your problem may be psychological rather than physical. You should look into and consider psychosexual therapy.

Same, I was circumcised at birth, and wasnt able to achieve orgasm until 23, due to numbness and a clot sort of thing found with ultra sound when I was 18. As embarrassing as it is, the only solution I've found is direct prostate stimulation. I'm straight. Circumcision left me about as sensitive down there as stroking a door knob.

Do you have ED?

Did the doctor not inform you that removing the foreskin will remove any pleasure from it (the foreskin has a large number of nerve endings used for pleasure) and that it will remove most (up to 55%) of pleasure from your glans due to either nerve endings dying from permanent exposure and friction and from the protective barrier that the body creates around the glans (head) to prevent friction irritations and protect against bacteria and microbes?

Same here gp said this is a mental issue its in my mind so told him to get lost ,trying to get second opinion
