Hey ppl, it’s been 4 weeks since my op and things are going well. Besides the need to release myself I’m a power lifter and need to hit the gym.
My workouts are pretty extreme. I have gone to the gym at my 2 weeks mark but did very low volume nothing crazy. I’m guessing I still need to go light at 4 weeks but wondering what you guys think. Any lifters out there?

It felt great. I didn’t really push myself. Maybe 70% of my max. I’m sure it would be ok but wasn’t sure because my workouts are pretty intense. I posted because I noticed the following day a stitch opened up and wasn’t sure if it was from lifting or the erections at night. I’m leaning towards the erections. I went yesterday and all good.
