Hello, I recently went to wellness classes. I learned some new things and I thought I was good at nutrition. A few things- don't store your food in plastic, or heat it up in plastic. The Dr. said on average Americans consume about a credit card worth of plastic every four months. I threw away all of my Tupperware and bought glass storage containers. I learned about an app called YUKA, that has changed everything. You scan the barcodes on the food items and it will score the food 0-100 on its nutritional value. Some things I thought were healthy scored zero! I have thrown away a lot of food. It shows why it got its score, additives and food coloring, drop a food item's score. Sucralose is a carcinogen! After a few weeks of eating good quality food and a lot less chemicals, my depression has lifted a bit. I am so shocked and am more productive, it changed things in a good way. I have medicative resistant, chronic depression, MDD and spending my life in bed, so any relief is huge for me. Regular corn chips are healthier than all tortillas. I scanned all of the different tortillas and they all scored low. Preservatives are killers. I hope this helps you too. -

Thank you Raggedy-Ann i think this is very helpful because there is a lot of chemicals in processed food.
I'm will try it. I do not want to spend my life in bed either.
Changing my diet is where I'm starting.
Many thanks for sharing the above; I've just downloaded the app 🙂. I recently read about how toxic storing food in plastic containers is. The glasses storage containers are expensive though! Where did you buy yours? Obviously, it's worth paying more for better health x
