Your comment comes after a rough day. Physically my diabetes numbers are in the 250 even with insulin. Mentally just off. Hope you had a good day

I can relate. I'm 62. My Depression started when I was bullied at a Sport Camp. My parents thought it was a joke that I begged to go home and left me there for a month. Then I was bullied again in High School ! My life has been hard. I am getting some relief from Ketamine IV Infusions. I also have a daily Spiritual practice of meditation and prayer. It's amazing I have lived this long.

I thought I would be dead before 50. Never heard of the infusions. Tell me more about that. I was abused when I was in school was not bullied but new a couple of friends who were. Tried my best to stop it even getting into a dist fight once . Rick

Ketamine is a psychedelic drug that reduces suicidal thoughts and depression. Where I live there are several clinics run by Doctors. But it costs $500 per session! Medicare won't cover it. There is also Spravato a Ketamine nasal spray that Insurance may cover.
