It’s Friday again so you know what that means. Warm up those arms and flex those muscles, the pompoms need to be fluffed up and primed ready for our fabulous VRBs with races this weekend.
⭐️ Our first runner is drl212 who will be heading for the Regents Park 5K, taking place tomorrow.
This is his second event and we think he has already caught the bling bug 🏅So, enjoy yourself drl on this iconic, beautiful park and watch out for any animals from the zoo you might see 🙀
We look forward to seeing a photo of your nice new shiny bling plus a report afterwards😍
⭐️ All our remaining races are on Sunday and first up is Curlygurly2 who will be running the RaceFor Life 5K in Cambridge. This is her third time running this event so it’s clearly a winner, and no wonder given its ethos and the reasons why people run it.
The route goes all around the centre of Cambridge and through the grounds of King’s College which must be wonderful to see and so special.
⭐️ From Cambridge to Oxfordshire next where we will find our very own Admin Queen, linda9389 who will be running the Thame 10, not to be confused with the Thames 10K which would be wet and a very tricky surface to run on 🤣
This race is scarce in details on the website but we do know that there will 1000 runners! We’re sure Linda will give us more details in her report afterwards 🙂
⭐️ Our final racer on Sunday is Time_Lord who will be running the Penkridge 10K in Staffordshire. This is a new race so we expect there will be much excitement TL and we’d love to see some photos and read your report. We hope this first event goes well for everyone.
Good luck everyone! 👏👏 My pom-poms are poised and the temperatures have fallen a little, so I am sure you are all going to have a fab time! Run safe and bring home the bling!😀🏃🏽🏃♀️🏅
