I'm the slightly bedraggled looking one, second to the right... and that's before I've started the run / walk. This will definitely not be a race race. One day it would be nice to do a race race. This is just get round the track in time for cake (I dont think there are medals but tea and cake)

This will be hot on the heels of Monday's Vitality London 10K outing, so it remains to be seen how I get on.😊 I do have a friend to run with though, so I'm hoping that will provide the encouragement I need. We're aiming to finish near my favourite restaurant, so we can celebrate with a lovely breakfast! 😋

Relish racing seem to do some interesting races, some really muddy ones. Also a almost totally downhill 10k in cheddar gorge.Also another tunnel race near Chepstow.

Having a chill day, no butterflies at the moment.

Completed my first HM, the thought of the sheep and the Pom Poms spurred me on. Pleased with the time of 2.20 ish but will wait for the official time.Now I am off the cliam my HM badge.

I may try writing a race report but I am not as talented as some of the writers on here.
