It’s Friday again so that means we need to warm up our arms (and voices) and get those fluffy pompoms waving and our full throttle support in action for our intrepid VRBs this weekend.

⭐️ Our terrific twosome,    TailChaser and    Katnap , will be racing for sausages again on Sunday in the fourth (of five) races of the Tempo Winter Series in Shipston-on-Stour. I can just imagine a hearty sausage casserole on Sunday evening guys 😋 or maybe you have something else in mind? Let us know. We like reading about food (nearly) as much as the shiny stuff here 😊

⭐️ Not a race next but we think it deserves a special mention.    Shake-and-run will be celebrating her 100th parkrun on Saturday at Stratford-on-Avon. Shakes and TC are planning to tailwalk and a little birdie has told us that there may be some other VRBs turning up to join in the party 🥳

A superb achievement Shakes. Enjoy every minute and we hope you get spoiled rotten on the day 🎂🥂🎈

It’s going to be another great weekend in the Kat household IP. Really looking forward to tomorrow, I’ll have to give my tail an extra preen tonight. Not sure what I’m going to do with Sunday’s sausages as I’m having a new kitchen atm and I have no oven. I’ve only got the microwave and that would just be wrong! Toad may have to wait a little longer.

We had boiled sausages at the Sports Tours Berlin after party. They were pretty awful too (rest of the food was amazing!)
