yay good third week - mileage increased to 17 miles this week...concentrating on looking after my feet and legs a bit better....ice massages, epson salts and pain relieve for aches and pains. Looking forward to next week when i will be 1/4 of the way through. 19 miles next week and doing a park run on saturday!

Ice massages, rain salts and pain relieve for aches and pains . . .

In short, using my experiences of no pain etc. whatsoever sounds to me that you need to throttle back a bit. Otherwise you'll be heading for the one place where you don't want to be - hospital, or worse.

Stretch your goals yes, but do not risk needless injury.

Cheers
