I have my first rheumy appointment at the end of June and I would like to ask if you think I should stop all of the supplements that I take eg: Vit B's, Vit D3, Fish oils etc. Would that be better for any blood tests that they may take?
Many thanks in advance.

I haven't heard anything that suggests that we should stop taking supplements in the event of a blood test. On the contrary, if blood tests shows a certain vitamin deficiency, yet you are taking supplements for that particular one, then it would be a good thing to know. I take iron supplements yet am still iron deficient - that's how I found out that I had a problem.
I would just keep taking them because the doctor needs to see the blood tests for you as you are at that time. Don't worry, if you do have a deficiency in either vitamin the supplement would not plug it entirely, so it will come up anyway. But do mention to the doctor what you're taking so he knows what dosage he needs to give you in the event of deficiency.
