My amazing news....

I just wanted to share my news.

I have received a letter telling me that I have been awarded esa and am in a support group.

I didn't have to have a medical! I was expecting lots of stress and no money. I thought it would be nice to put a positive blog on here about esa!

Hi, Thats fantastic new - I'm really pLeAsEd for you...

Please do use the CAB to do your DLA form for you... Have you got one - if not call DWP today and it will be stamped with todays date and any award you get will be dated from then...

Well Done - whatever we do or apply for is an unknown battle with an inconsistant outcome - which makes no logical sense at all... Xx

Great news , i am awaiting decision still, sent form of 28th Jan still no response just hope i dont have to appeal yet again i have just won DLA for life but hey ho have to go through it all again between now and 2017 as DLA is stopping and nobody gets transferred automatically so unfair after fighting for the last 20 years.

Fantastic news. I also get ESA and did have to have a medical. I was prepared for a fight and became very anxious but was relieved when the medical pracitioner who led the interview kept apologising about the questions she had to ask. Later when I had to go for an interview at the Job Centre plus as I was put in a work related group, the link person there was equally apologetic to me. It is not all doom and gloom.
