Uno my mum gets these alot quite bad actually and all year round they seem to go away with using e45 day and night they dissapear after a week or so i heard this is your blood overheated
I put Aloe Vera Gel on mine. It cools the bumps and is quite soothing - helps quickly too but need to be reapplied several times a day. The gel doesn't show ..so no chalky spots. xxx
I am just starting out on this route but have a rash on my feet that has gradually spread up my body. Nearly driven to distraction with the scratching and itching. Dermacool certainly takes the heat out of it but I find can actually chill me and don't use it after a bath, use Oilatum in the bath and then Oilatum afterwards. I have been told to put some bicarbonate of soda in the water also but haven't tried this yet. I am using a very mild, sensitive baby shampoo on my hair. The itching is now in my head. Creams, lotions and potions need to be be used throughout the day. Loose clothing seems to help.
Hi I have had these for years and mine were diagnosed as urticaria - it's like a nettle rash which itched like mad - it's not bad now but I have to take a antihistamine every day. Still have the odd few spots but not half as bad as it used to be
thankyou for answering my question,im going to try aloe vera gel. already have e45 in cupboard as always have dry hands. will try anything as now got clusters of heat spots! driving me crazy lol x
