Is repeated conjunctivitis normal and for it to appear to get better then spread to the other eye

I have had conjunctivitis since Sunday and have been using antibiotic eyedrops and warm milk and honey to counteract the symptoms. It is really starting to get me down as cannot leave the house at the moment as it hurts to go out in daylight

Hello!

I have answered this as you don't have any takers so far. LOL!!

I had this badly last year and you must simply keep up the antibiotic eye drops and make sure that you keep the eyes clean and that you only deal with one eye at a time and wash your hands in-between.

If you have lupus then your immune system is compromised and it will take you longer to get rid of it.

It will clear up eventually and you will feel much better soon I am sure. x
