Hi do you have a Joy Box? I find mine wonderful therapy on a bad day, I take it out and get all the contents out and remember who gave me them, I ahve all sorts of things in it pictures my friends children drew me cards wishing me better health it never fails to cheer me up

What a wonderful idea, I'm going to make one for myself and I'm going to make one for my daughter too for when she goes to university next year.
Lovely idea. I will have to make one. Thanks for sharing this. I have always kept memory boxes for my two daughters but never thought to make one for myself.
