iam finding it very hard with depresstion pain and cant stop crying

i stay in northamptoshire my mum dad stays down the road

and i been told that thay are moving back to scotland

i do everything for them now its just me and my 2 sons 1 daughter

my lupus is high iam on alot off tablets

Hi hope your well my name Beck I no how u feel. I find myself crying wishing i could be like myself again. I too have to boys they have now left home. Now its just me and my daughter. Which she has her own prob. she 15 and has been home school four about 3 years And I have no family here and friends well the use to have some put they got fed ip with letting them down.

Hi. I'm not going to presume I know anything about taking care of children. But I did look after my parents until they moved an hour away and I don't drive. I was learning but I got really stressed on my test and failed. Haven't quite had the courage to re-take.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that it was hard having them move away, but we are constantly in touch and they're happy, which makes me happy for them.

I am crying a lot though as I had to quit my job so now have nothing to focus my energy on, I hope you're family can give you the love and support you need.

thank you for all the advice iam going to the docs in 2 weeks as iam finding it so hard witth it all at the moment any things makes me cry xxx
